We guarantee you will pass the State of Florida CNA exam or you will get your money back. It's a guarantee we can make because 99% of the 14,000 students who have attended Florida Medical Prep since our opening in 2003 have passed the CNA exam.
In order to receive the money-back guarantee, you must have attended ALL classes in good attendance without tardiness, participate in all hands-on practice sessions and signed off by the course instructor, and attend the 2-hour free practice session provided within one week of your test date. You must also apply for your State CNA exam within 30 days of completing your original course to meet the money-back guarantee policy.
You can test up to three times within a 6 month period and if for some reason you don't pass both portions of the exam within that time frame, you will be able to re-attend the next available class at no charge. If for some reason you don't pass after your third exam, we will refund your entire course fees.
